Summer 2011 Exam July 23, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
The Board of Optometry summer exam will be given on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board office at 179 Summers Street, Suite 231, Charleston, WV 25301. The deadline to submit applications is June 23, 2011. The form is available on this web site under “Forms.” The fee for the application and exam is $300. Please call 304-558-5901 or write to wvbdopt@frontier.com if you have any questions.
In addition, there is a temporary permit available where an applicant may practice for 90 days under the supervision of a licensee. More information is available under “Proposed Rules,” §14-1-10. Proposed Rules are under “Laws and Regulations Governing Optometry.”
