Online renewal will require the following information:
- Email Address (that you have on file with the WVBO)
- Password you created when you created your Certemy account. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Reset Password” link on the Certemy login page.
WV Board of Optometry renewal licenses are valid July 1st of the given year through June 30th of the following year.
In even numbered years, you must submit your total number of Continuing Education Hours and have them approved to complete the license renewal process.
All licenses will EXPIRE on June 30th every year. A late fee of $200 will be imposed if not renewed by June 30th of the current year.
